Discharge Water Based Screen Printing

Our first shot at discharge water based screen printing for a line of shirts for Numinous Clothing located in Spokane, WA. Of course we didn’t try to do something easy, we started right off with a 6 color design on our M&R Gauntlet II automatic press. Mixing pantones was quite difficult and took us a few tries. The ink wet doesn’t look anything near what it does after it has been discharged and dried. We utilized a Matsui discharge base and then applied EnviroLine Water Based Pigment Inks. www.zomedesign.com
