Do you have quantity discounts?
Yes. We also offer FREE shipping on orders over $99.
Do all the shirts have to be the same color/size within a bulk lot?
No. You can mix the S-XL in all the lots, XXL and higer are available by the piece to be added to the the lot separately. Please use the “Specify Color & Sizes” box on the item page, to tell us the breakdown you need for your lot.
Do you have any samples?
As long as you order a minimum of $20 in apparel, every item we carry is available by-the-piece, so you can order as many samples as you wish.
Is your website shopping cart secure?
YES! In over seven years of business we have never had one reported incident of fraud.
What are your customer service hours?
We are available from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM CST, Monday thru Friday via email at BulkWarehouse@aol.com or phone at (877) 940-9900. We endeavor to answer all emails on the same day.
Can you overnight my shirts to me?
Sure. We have many shipping options available at checkout.
Do you take credit cards or checks or a company PO?
Yes, we take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks, business checks and PayPal are gladly welcomed. Sorry no POs.
Why are white shirts cheaper?
Due to the dying process employed by several manufacturers, whites and some lighter colors are less expensive because of reduced labor and unnecessary production steps.
How long will it be before I get my shirts?
We ship all items within 24 hours. We have eight warehouses located throughout the USA, so most customers in the continental US will receive their shipments within 2-4 days! Keep in mind, however, that we may be out of stock in the warehouse nearest you. This will delay your delivery time.
I live in Canada. Can I buy shirts from you?
No. At the current time we do not offer international shipping options.
Can you mail me a catalog?
Our full product line is listed at BulkLotShirts.com. If there is an item not listed in which you are interested just send us an email, and we will see if we can get it for you. Otherwise check our web site frequently as we will be making product updates on a regular basis.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight of total order, and calculated at checkout before you pay, all orders over $99 receive free shipping.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum subtotal amount is $20. Our low order fee for orders under that amount is $5.
Can I ship my order to an address different from my billing address?
No. At the current time we do not offer this option.
How do I return an item? Is there any restocking fee?
Click Here to visit our returns and refunds page. There is a restocking fee (the greater of $5 or 15% of the product total) per RA. There is no restock fee on equal value exchanges.
